About Counselling
A key part of counselling is the connection between counsellor and you the client. I always work hard to build a safe and confidential therapeutic relationship, and I believe that this forms a solid base on which the various forms of counselling and psychotherapy can work. I integrate different therapy models in a way that works for you at this time. The number of sessions can vary and is always your choice. Each session normally runs to 50/55 minutes. Making the first call can be hard, but it often leads to the help you need.
